Great Wall Motor Co., Ltd. (GWM) is a Chinese privately owned automobile manufacturer 

To secure victory of a GWM pitch, I played a pivotal role in crafting the customer experience journey for ORA and WEY car owners. Collaboratively, we brainstormed the CX strategy and devised effective methods for articulating our concepts.

We settled on an interesting take of a  Chinese data-accelerated community journey model, adapted for the European market.
