Action is the fastest growing non-food discounter in Europe with more than 2250 stores in 11 countries.
At Action, I worked as a UX design manager on a proposal to enhance the digital experience across all digital touch-points. The goal was to better inform visitors about the product offerings and inspire them to visit a physical store.

Let's start at the beginning
First, I established a UX methodology to communicate what my role as a UX Design manager would entail within the organization. Then, I implemented a structure at the project level using a 'value pyramid.' This made it clear which projects should be prioritized
