In my role as UX Lead at citizenM, I lead the design and optimization of digital experiences across web. I optimize of the booking flow with ux and ui driven solutions, improved parts of the mycitizenM+ membership experience, and refined SMB account management. I also helped established a design system, integrated customer experience elements, and contributed to personalization and unified shopping cart strategies. Additionally, I managed the UX team, ensuring focus on the right priorities and delivering high-impact outcomes.
